Which are the different user status?

After their registration on the platform, End Users' accounts are automatically activated. But their status can be modified from the Admin account.

Active account

End-User can log in

All platform functions are working

Inactive account

End-User can not log in

All platform functions are working

Blocked account

End-User can not log in

Some platform functions are restricted

 

Can an account be deleted?

Accounts can only be removed if requested by the End User if no content has been sent to delivery previously. 

In this case, the Admin can remove the account following these steps:

Log in as an Admin

Go to "Manage > Users"

Look for the end-user's account (email)

Click on the bin icon to remove the account

If an account is removed from the system, the client will be able to request a register with the same email at any time given.

If the End User has sent any kind of content (even if it is still pending to be approved or it has been removed from the queue before completing the distribution) the platform will not allow the account's removal, and the bin option will not be displayed.
