In order to send your content to the digital stores, it is mandatory for it to be reviewed by our Quality Control team to make sure it fulfills the channel's guidelines. This is done because if the content does not meet the channels' criteria, they may take it down without prior notice.

From the moment an export order is created, any album that has not yet been distributed enters the Quality Control process. This process normally takes between 24h and 72h. However, if you need your release to be approved urgently, we can offer you a QC Fast Track Validation service, with which your release will be reviewed within 24h. If you are interested in this service, please simply fill in this form with the corresponding details.

On the other hand, please, note that QC review doesn’t mean QC approval:

Approval. It means that the content fulfills the DSPs' Quality Control standards, therefore it is approved and automatically distributed to the Digital Music Services requested by the end-user.

Ticket to the admin. When content is not approved, a ticket explaining the reason why it is not eligible to be approved is created, so to give the end-user the information and fix the issue.

Finally, we recommend reviewing the ostowanet Content Style Guide so all pending content has been properly uploaded with all corresponding metadata and following the DSPs' guidelines. Any content has to follow these guidelines to be approved and distributed to all channels.
