Q: What is an artist?
An artist is a name under which you will release your music.
Note: A compilation album may be selected, allowing for the addition of up to 20 different artist names, however, the release will default to Various Artists.
Q: What are Participants?
Participants are anyone who contributed to the track that you are releasing. You can easily divide the revenue between all participants as well without any extra cost. If you are the lone artist on a track, then you will add yourself as the only participant and give yourself 100% of the revenue.
Q: What is a Track or Song?
A Track or Song is considered one audio file.
Q: What is a Single?
A Single consists of 1 audio file.
Q: What is an EP?
An EP consists of 4-6 tracks totaling no more than 30 minutes of music. A featured artist is supported on each track.
Note: EPs released under an Unlimited plan can have up to 3 different artists’ headlining the tracks, but only a single primary artist or band can be used for all tracks if released under an Album plan.
Q: What is an Album?
An album can consist of up to 20 tracks. Featured artist is also supported on each track.
